I have received the items that I have ordered, can I refund or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to personal hygiene unless they are defective.

Can I alter my order after I have placed my order?

if you would like to alter your order, email us ASAP and if your order has not been shipped, we will be able to change it.

I have placed an order but my shipping address is incorrect, what should i do? 

Please email us ASAP with your correct address. If your parcel has already been sent out then you will be recharged the shipping fee to send it to you.
